The candidate is responsible to ensure daily transactions are processed in accordance with service level. The candidate must be highly detail-oriented when processing of numerous transactions and also a strong team player as he collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders in driving process improvements. Roles and responsibilities Knowledge in trade settlement and reconciliations in Securities listed on local and foreign exchanges. Perform the day-to-day operations to deliver quality service to internal/external clients with established service levels. Ensure all internal controls/procedures are updated on a timely basis. Participate in the development and implementation of new systems, products and services. Identify opportunities, develop strategies, and design execution of projects and initiatives to increase productivity and improve operational efficiency and cost savings. Handle enquiries received from internal/external clients, business via emails/letter correspondences. Participate in projects and adhoc tasks assigned from time to time. .LI-GC Qualifications - External Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, or Engineering with 5 to 7 years of experience in Financial Services and managing multiple projects involving various departments in achieving work process improvements and managing cost. Experience in change management and stakeholder management in dealing with transformation initiatives. Results oriented, adept in conflict resolution, skilled at prioritization and change management. Eye for details and meticulous un handling tasks. Able to handle tight timeline and meeting SLI. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and must enjoy working as part of a team and across functions. Analyzing and developing recommendations for improvements and enhanced efficiencies in processes/initiatives.
