Takes charge of a team in processing account opening and account maintenance for account opening and account maintenance request for Equities, Futures and Leverage Forex timely and accurately within SLI with no customer impact.
Ensure no disruptions in daily business as usual in terms of accuracy and timeliness in meeting Service Level Indicator as established with Business.
Attend to internal and external customers\' queries received from internal Business Units
Adhere to documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework
Update Management statistics for reporting on daily, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
Attend to internal and external customers\' queries received from internal Business Units.
Ensure standard operating procedures are adhered during processing of applications and requests.
Maintain tight oversight of Ops risk and controls thus improving overall risk awareness & culture
Advocate continuous process improvement and leverage on technology to drive innovation and process automation projects/initiatives to achieve better customer & employee experience
Mentor and motivate team members to achieve productivity and engagement
Participate in adhoc weekend industry business continuity plan exercise.
Handle adhoc assignments/projects/initiatives with documentation of user requirement specifications, review of functional specifications and perform user acceptance testing.
Ensure that discrepancies/exceptions, if any, are immediately reported to Head of Department and ensure prompt and effective resolution.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in Client Onboarding process and system, SGX WebFE are added advantages.
Candidates from securities/brokerage back-office experience are added advantages.
