Job Purpose The person will be responsible for projects and system enhancements for the Consumer Finance Platform (CBG). Key Accountabilities: To manage and consolidate business requirements, user requirement testings under the Consumer Finance Platform (CBG) Ensure system enhancement and projects assigned are implemented in time and meet business need Support & manage production issues, this includes issues resolution, UAT of fixes and recoveries for customers M1 resource for i-Engage Horizontal Organisation squad for CBG-Payments & Platforms (P2) Responsibilities: Engagement with business users to define system requirement for new products, services or features for existing or new technology systems for Card payments and Unsecured Loans Review system enhancement requests and collaborate with Technology partners on the solution and delivery timeline Support business users with integrated knowledge and experience across product, customer journey, operations, technology, risk management to ensure projects or enhancement are implemented with a co-ordinated view on platform initiatives and business system strategy Act as a subject matter expert to support business users on business requirements, new system setup, enhancement, migration or integration projects. Support international scheme system compliances Plan and organise user acceptance tests for system enhancement using Agile Methodologies Manage the resolution of system production issues with Technology team and business users Participate in HO rituals and support the squad Requirements: Degree with at least 5-7 years of work experience in the Platform Management domain Good knowledge of credit / debit cards, unsecured loan product features, payments systems and its operations Vision Plus & Card Loyalty System knowledge will be an advantage Good knowledge in international schemes operations and settlement processing Organised, innovative with excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
