• Drive initiatives across FIIT platforms in line with business strategy, roadmap and priorities
• Understand business requirements, workflows across internal and external workbench and channels
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across the bank on delivery of initiatives and capabilities planned
• Ensure initiatives\' progress are tracking against agreed milestones
• Lead cadenced initiative updates
• Manage budget utilisation across platforms

Job Requirements

• Strong project management skills
• Strong communication skills including engaging senior management on strategic plans, and status updates
• Proactive and able to work under pressure, strong problem-solving skills and positive "can do" attitude
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and accomplish a task with little supervision
• Ability to influence and impact outcomes
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic mindset with proven analytical skills
