Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities (1) The Fundamentals - People & Performance (Joint KPIs) and Platform Value Map
Extract and track outcome metrics and targets to the Platforms.
Provide visibility using existing dashboards/reports.
Use Analytics to show linkage between outcomes and drivers.
Facilitate regular cadence to review outcome and driver metrics and GENE data insights and continuous improvements of platform outcomes.
(2) The Way we work
Tracking and managing the creation of persistent cross-functional teams (PCFTs) with end-to-end delivery capability. This enables teams to have known capacity & capability to simplify estimation and planning, and improved delivery predictability.
(3) Advocate for Transformation Practices
Collaborate with teams, individuals & team leads in adoption of day-to-day transformation practices like JIRA board, Team-Temperature/Customer Satisfactory (CSAT) surveys and the application of agile principles.
Guide stakeholders to adopt transformation initiatives like D4D (Design for Data); TACO (Technology Application Capabilities Optimisation); EPPR (Engineering Platform & Productivity Review).
Work with platform leads and stakeholders to implement Data Driven Operating Model practices like Value Map, Outcome and Driver Hypothesis, Data Driven Decision Making.
(4) Workforce Management
Support resource and workforce strategy through accurate reporting of headcount and also contribute strategic headcount planning.
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent the field.
Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies eg. Scrum, Kanban etc.
Scrum Master Certification or Agile Practitioner Certification will be beneficial.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word; Jira and Confluence Tools; Tableau.
Skills in data collection, data preparation using Excel, Power BI etc.
Skills in data visualization reports to make data understanding easier.
Excellent verbal and written communication and good presentation skills.
The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, subject matter experts.
Process positive attitudes and able to adapt to changes fast.
Attention to details and highly organised and able to work under pressure in a time-critical environment.
Ability to work independently and keep calm when under stress.
