Description
The Cash Product Manager will be primarily responsible for driving the end-to-end digitalisation of Board Resolution for corporates, including standard Board Resolution for SMEs and customised Board Resolution for large corporates. The overall project scope covers solutioning for new customer onboarding, migration of existing customers, customer self-help maintenance on OCBC Velocity/Business Mobile, process redesign and structured data with Operations & Technology. He/she will work closely with Account Services, Agile Squads, Operations & Technology, Functional Specialists and Business Units, to drive the successful roll out of Digital Board Resolution. The Product Manager is also expected to replicate the model to the key overseas branches in the region.
This role will present a fulfilling opportunity for an individual who has a strong desire to innovate, motivate to drive market-first solutions and excel under complex challenges. Given the high priority and importance of Digital Board Resolution project, this position will provide good exposure to the senior management, and build a firm foundation for the individual to take on future roles within Global Transaction Banking.
