Plan and manage the overall delivery to meet stakeholders\' expectation of scope, cost and timeline.
Assume the roles of solution project manager and user project manager in cybersecurity projects.
Assess and shortlist products and vendors in the supply market, based on user requirements.
Evaluate and select products and vendors, and obtain approvals for the recommendations, based on the agreed sourcing approach - Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Develop and obtain approvals for solution acceptance decks and project proposals.
Support user-related activities - such as user acceptance testing - during implementation phase.
Work closely with users to ensure that the cybersecurity capability implemented meets their needs by understanding the functional, security and performance requirements.
Manage overall testing and quality strategy to be employed on the projects by devising and controlling the test plans.
Ensure the project CAPEX variance is within the stipulated threshold.
Ensure the compliance of the project contracts with the third-party risk management and outsourcing policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security or equivalent. Candidates with diploma in cybersecurity are welcome to apply.
At least 10 years of working experience in project manager roles or cybersecurity-related functions.
Certification in PMP, CISSP or CCSP is advantageous.
Familiar with regulations, guidelines and standards related to cybersecurity and technology risk management.
