Back Office Associate

Job Description

:

  • Deliver client Service Level Agreements and KPI.
  • Execute daily process, perform the assigned tasks effectively
  • Carry out any other duties as required by superiors
  • Performs daily cash application of collections
  • Answer call inquiries using standard scripts following standard policies and procedures (Back office - email)
  • Analyze and give accurate solutions to customer problems
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Finance, Banking, and Accountancy course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, no experience needed
  • Preferably with back office, shipping, or logistics experience
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Can start immediately
