ISTA SOLUTIONS INC. is currently hiring for CSRs with US Healthcare experience, interested candidates will conduct inbound/outbound calls and semi back-office roles fulfilling tasks and reports as requested by the client based in the US. This position is for full time employment and urgent hiring.Job Details:
* Perform Outbound / Inbound calls to relay information to proper channels
* Send emails, reply to messages and provide necessary data as requested
* Meet team goals set by supervisors
* Perform other tasks related to the positionMinimum Qualification:
* At least 6 months of US Healthcare Experience
* Must be familiar with Medicare and Medicaid
* With good to excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Amenable to work in either Makati or Mandaluyong office in a night shift schedule
* Can start ASAPCompensation is 21,000 basic pay + 10% night differential + 1,500 attendance bonus plus other benefits such as: HMO with free dependents and Leave Credits convertible to cash, and Annual Performance AppraisalMakati Site: 4th Floor, Maria Cornelia Bldg., #222 Senator Gil J.
