Job Description

:





(1) Should have relevant experience working with / training special needs individuals.


(2)Production and baking of a variety of pastries, cakes and breads on a daily basis.


(3) Good food presentation skills and prepare food following the established standards.


(4) Assist in the development of new menu concepts and ideas.


(5) Administer stock supplies, quality, order and costing of food.


(6) Manage cost and quality controls.


(7) Maintain a high standard of hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen.


(8) Cleaning of food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and washing of utensils.


(9) Coordinates with the service and other departments on the kitchen and customers' requirements.


(10) Having a can-do attitude and be committal.


(11) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned, includes inventory and costing of items.





Requirements:





(1) Diploma in Pastry and Bakery or equivalent


(2) Certificate in Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures


(3) Must be able to start work by 1 October 2025
