Full Timer Head Baker



Salary Range :

$3,900 to $4,400 per month


Location :

5 Mandai Link Mandai Foodlink (Kranji)


Working Day

: 6 days a week


Public Holiday:

additional one day's PH in Lieu


Annual leave :

10 days


Uniform and meal allowances provided





Responsibility:



Overseeing daily baking operations, ensuring production schedules are met, and maintain high standards in the production of sourdough breads To assist baking and process ingredients scaling list, and responsible for production of all dough To assist in dough shaping at table work station To portion and scale dough weight according to requirement and to sort and arrange shaped dough by its code Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bakery and equipment Any ad hoc duties assigned
