Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9.30am-6pm
$10/hr
Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as long as you have a keen interest in marketing!
Provide editorial support to our client.
(A) Our client requires the robust and dedicated support of a colleague who can facilitate:
- performing administrative duties, secretariat-support and scrutineering duties for their written customer communications
- performing editorial support and technical duties for their news portal
- by performing curatorial and filing duties for their archival project
Depending on the strengths of the colleague, you may be tasked to assist in the functions of the permanent team members.
(B) The role requires:
Meticulousness and a keen eye for detail.
Willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment.
Solid administrative/organisational ability.
An advantage: Good writing and editing skills.
Strong advantage: Familiarity with digital tools like blog publishing & video editing, Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.
Ability to multitask, adapt to evolving needs and work to deadline.
Readiness to carry out special projects that may involve taking on independent responsibilities.
