• Be 1 - 3 PQE (on the UK scale)
• Be common law qualified
• Have experience in advising transactional matters in one or several of the below areas: general banking & finance, infrastructure/project finance, leverage finance, restructuring, asset finance, structured finance.
• Have the ability to work seamlessly across borders to deliver global expertise, local insight and the latest industry know-how to our clients.
• Have outstanding academic history and proven first-rate legal skills, and excellent transactional and management skills.
• Enjoy working in a busy and demanding team environment and have had experience working with specialists across multiple practice groups.
• Display a considerable appetite for business development, client relationship management and other commercial activities
• Have a strong commitment to continuing your own professional development and be passionate about coaching and mentoring junior team members
