Your role
Are you skilled in banking operation that uses technology as a differentiator? Do you have the proven ability to analyze processes, products and IT services? We are looking for a banking support analyst for telephone advice on our banking platform and related queries. They'll:

  • provide Level 1 banking, product and process support for our Wealth Management business in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Taiwan
  • uphold high standards for timely issue resolution
  • contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services
  • define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
  • maintain relationship with IT and Business Stakeholders
  • maintain a knowledge database

Your team
You’ll be working in the ASC (Advisor Service Center) APAC team in Account Management function based in Singapore. We provide 10x5 banking, product and process support services to Wealth Management APAC Core Banking applications and service offerings for our UBS clients, ensuring consistent delivery of standard and efficient services to our users.
Your expertise
  • knowledge of banking operations especially in Wealth Management
  • strong communication and analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
  • ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload effectively and a team player
  • confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences
  • capable of understanding client needs and translating this into products and services
