  • Seeking for a hands-on HR Senior Officer/Assistant Manager with minimum 3 years of hand-on experience handling HR Admin*

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle the company's recruitment admin activities (Posting of adverts, liaising with recruiters, arrange interviews)
Ensure proper onboarding and collection of personal documents
Update employees' file
Prepare reports to the management, head office and MAS
Maintain leave system
Handle training admin matters
Liaise with regulators (MOM, auditors etc.)
Participate in HR or any other projects
Handle other administrative matters
Any other adhoc duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business Studies (Major in HR) or any other relevant certifications
Minimum 3 years of hand-on experience handling HR Admin
Has knowledge in Singapore labour laws
Approachable, patient, highly organized, versatile, has good interpersonal and communication skills
