We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise bar staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws Maintain inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed Oversee the quality of drinks and customer service to ensure a great guest experience Develop and implement promotions and marketing strategies to increase sales Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and manage budgets Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the establishment

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the F&B industry Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of bar operations, inventory management, and budgeting Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends * Passion for delivering excellent customer service
