Lumbre is an exciting new Spanish Restaurant in the heart of Singapore. With dishes filled to the brim with flavour, diners no longer have to go far to immerse themselves in authentic Spanish cuisine. Come join us as a Bar Supervisor!
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Assist with food service when requested by a Duty Manager
- Carry out all preparations before service as specified
- Keep the wine dispense area clean and to the agreed standard throughout the shift
- Be familiar with all the bar storage locations
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
