Job Description
* To work and complete assigned tasks with optimum efficiency with colleagues * Interact closely with stewards and engineers for proper cleanliness and maintenance of all operat To work and complete assigned tasks with optimum efficiency with colleagues Interact closely with stewards and engineers for proper cleanliness and maintenance of all operating equipments and beverage related machineries for optimum performance Maintain adequate supply of operating supplies and equipments and familiarize with operating procedures of machineries Must be familiarized with all hotel policies and procedures in reference to training, safety and security Must have full knowledge of beverages and cocktails in the bar Provide counter service o all guests in accordance to established standards of quality Always be attentive to guest needs and complaints and take necessary action to ensure guests' satisfaction within the parameters of the authority of the position Job Requirement Minimum 3 years working experience in a bar / related field is required for this position Good knowledge of wine, beer and alcohol will be an advantage Experience in a high volume, quality focused establishment is preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail is essential and guest oriented
