Supervising and training the bar staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
Creating and updating the bar menu, including cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages
Managing inventory and ordering supplies, including beverages and equipment
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and licensing laws
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas
Ensuring that the bar is fully stocked and operational at all times
Handling customer complaints and feedback and taking appropriate action to address any issues
Assisting in the creation of promotions and special events to attract customers to the bar
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bar Supervisor in a high-end bar or restaurant in Singapore
In-depth knowledge of beverage preparation and service, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and a passion for creating a memorable customer experience
