RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver friendly efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers, through serving food and beverages of excellent quality and consistency Perform Barista duties from coffee staples to blended smoothies and other creative drinks Able to multi-task and perform various functions such as taking of orders, preparing & serving of food and beverages, managing inventory, ensure cleanliness of workplace, attend to customers' needs, etc. Communicate and work well as a team with others Ensure feedback of guests are brought to attention of immediate supervisor Adopt the 'Clean as you go' and 'FIFO' procedures at work Always enforce Food Hygiene practices and grooming standards Follow Company's procedures and SOPs Perform any other duties as required and assigned by immediate supervisor or Management REQUIREMENTS At least 1 year of F&B work experience in similar capacity preferred (on-the-job training provided) Friendly, go-getter spirit with positive attitude Strong sense of ownership in job duties Possess great service attitude Passion for people & food Energetic team player Willingness to work rotating shift hours, weekends and public holidays
