• Engagement with customers to forge loyalty to the bar
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages with high degree of proficiency and consistency
• Responsible for the bar's daily operation and inventory management
• Assist with concocting new and innovative cocktails seasonally
• Ensure cleanliness of the bar and all operating equipment
• Comply with safety and hygiene requirements
• Ensure beverage and sales targets are met through upselling and promoting beverages to guests
• Liaise with vendors, and suppliers for order supplies and budgets
• Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of hospitality staff

• Minimum of 2-3 years of F&B experience in a leading cocktail-focused bar
• Hospitality-oriented
• Converse in good English and proficient in service-language
• Team player and friendly personality
