Le Bon Funk is a series of neighbourhood wine bars by Chef-Owner Keirin Buck, located in Club Street and Holland Village. Wherever you are on the team, whatever your definition of success, we\'ll set you on the right path.Our bar programmes are as critical to the guest experience as our culinary programmes - this role demands a passion for influencing indelible dining experiences as the maestro behind the bar. Your responsibilities include:

• Creative development of the cocktail menu that reflects the brand\'s concept
• Implement effective strategies to promote the bar programme
• Oversees all aspects of the bar operations
• Assisting the Manager, Front of House in the bar\'s operations and ensuring the quality and consistency of all products
• Inventory management - Monitor inventory levels and reconciling discrepancies
• Develop relationships with supplies and negotiate favorable terms for purchasing agreements
• Train junior bartenders on on cocktail recipes and techniques
• Maintain a good housekeeping regime
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guest and team members
