Be Relax is the world's leading airport spa, operating since 2004 with one mission: to provide every traveler pampering & relaxing experience worldwide. Located in 11 countries, with 500 employees and 40 spas. We are hiring for our branch located in the luxury airport of Changi, Singapore.Operations & Team Management (80%). Lead the daily operations, ensure smooth customer and employee experience with great proactivity. Contribute to the daily sales by providing treatments to Be Relax customers (Massage, Foot Massage, Manicure, Pedicure). Lead a team of therapists, being an effective role model for the team. Encourage teamwork, motivate and engage the team in achieving targets, drive daily briefing.. Monitor individual performances and coach the team members individually.. Ensure the training of the team and the quality of the experience is always at a top level.Back Office Management (20%). Ensure the accuracy of the transactions. Perform the daily cash balancing and deposit. Participate in the Management meeting and report figures and activity of the shift. Send daily reporting to the top management.
