JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct professional skincare and haircare consultations with customers and recommend suitable solutions aligned with each customer's needs. Demonstrate product usage techniques and skincare routines to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction. Collaborate with your team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Support the team in opening, closing, and daily set-up or teardown routines. Maintain the cleanliness, organisation and visual appeal of the counter space. Ensure stock levels remain adequate and assist with replenishment. Represent our brand with pride as a trusted Ambassador of the Company. Take up other ad hoc duties when necessary.

Who we are looking for:

Possess working experience as a Beauty Advisor. Passionate about skincare, beauty, and science-backed products and solutions. Detail-oriented with an aptitude for maintaining a neat, customer-focused environment. Possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
