Description

Introduce services and recommend suitable packages to walk-in customers
Identify and execute strategies to increase customer expenditure and achieve sales target
Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers
Front desk duties including attending to guests/customers and cashiering
Attend to customers calls and emails on enquiries/feedbacks/appointments
Assist in handling and resolve customer complaints
Provide administrative and clerical support from time to time

Requirements

Experience in similar role preferred (Receptionist/ Retail Sales/ Spa Consultants/ etc)
Positive attitude and possess excellent interpersonal skills with sound judgement ability to handle different situations
Sales-driven, confident, self-motivated, service oriented, initiative, leadership skills an added advantage
Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
