The company was founded in France, and has grown into the world\'s largest cosmetics company, offering a wide range of skincare, haircare, makeup, and fragrance products.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Operation:
- Lead team to achieve sales targets
- Plan and execute action plans
- Review and implement operational procedures
- Analyze sales reports and track field team productivity
- Beauty Advisor Management:
- Ensure BAs adhere to brand policies
- Participate in recruitment
- Coach and develop the team
- Lead and motivate for sales targets
- Retail Excellence:
- Conduct regular store visits
- Monitor inventory and incentives
- Ensure merchandising meets brand standards
- Retailer / Market Intelligence:
- Report field information
- Manage retailer relationships
- Passionate with strategic sales planning
- People and relationship management
- Proactive team player in a fast-paced environment
- Beauty and luxury industry experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel & PPT)
- Experience in managing and motivating field teams
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to spend 60% of time in the field
