Your day to day As a Bell Services Ambassador, you are the first point of contact with our guests as they enter the hotel.

You are in the know and always ready to assist our guests, either with their baggage delivery or call for a transportation for them to explore Singapore.| |What\'s the job about?| | |\xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with different departments to welcome VIP guests|\xe2\x80\xa2 Start first impression of guests by assisting them from the taxi/car/transportation|\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors| |\xe2\x80\xa2 Be knowledgeable about the hotel and places of interest in Singapore|\xe2\x80\xa2 Be aware of daily arrivals and departures with emphasis on VIPs|\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist guests with the check in and out process via the self-check in kiosks|\xe2\x80\xa2 Guide the guests through the steps and complete the check in process via the kiosk and able to refer the guest to the reception when needed|\xe2\x80\xa2 Understand the sequence of the check-out process and able to guide the guest through it and able to answer basic billing enquires. What we need from you Ideally you have worked at least a year in a hotel environment and have at least a NITEC qualification.

You are able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts and is able to lift weights of at least 10kg. You are also needed to be on your feet for long hours.
