How will you value-add?

Our Rewards & Performance team plays an important role in supporting the attraction, engagement, and retention of key talent for the Firm. As part of the team, you’ll help to administer our total rewards programmes by:

  • Assist with implementation and administration of employee benefits programs such as insurance renewal and medical claims and people engagement initiatives.
  • Provide advice to staff on insurance and other employee benefits queries and issues.
  • Collect and process employee information accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Analyse and present data to support decision-making.
  • Document benefits, policies and processes according to the department’s standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with the benefit system improvements and issue resolution.
  • Work with vendors to support employee enquiry in benefits and medical claims processes.
  • Work with other members of the HR team to deliver a consistent, meaningful and positive employee experience.
  • Provide administrative support in areas of Compensation and Performance Management when needed.
  • Support other team’s initiatives and projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of working experience as a HR professional, preferably in the areas of Benefits administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly excel & powerpoint. Experience in PowerBI, Alteryx and google suite will be a plus.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, a good team player and detail-oriented.
  • Organized and analytical with a positive attitude.
  • Proactive, agile and driven with a desire to continuously improve, learn, and build new competencies.
  • Ability to thrive on challenges in a very fast-paced and high volume environment where quality and speed are of essence.
