Frazer Jones is now looking to hire a Benefits and Well-Being Manager for a professional services firm based in Singapore. The ideal candidate would be reporting to the Head of Global Benefits, whilst working in a standalone role environment. You are to work on regional benefits and well-being processes, acting as a subject matter expert to APAC harmonization programmes across the workforce.

The individual in this position will oversee the daily operations and administration of the company\xe2\x80\x99s health, welfare, and well-being initiatives in the Asia region. This entails forging and sustaining robust relationships with external partners, working with vendors and brokers \xe2\x80\x93 as well as collaborating with stakeholders in the organisation.

You will be Collaborating closely with the firm\xe2\x80\x99s global management team, prioritizing and strategizing around benefit and well-being initiatives, taking into account budget management and the optimal structure of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s programs. By diligently researching industry trends and presenting thorough cost analyses and studies. This professional service firm stands at the forefront, offering market-leading programs within the region. The firm\xe2\x80\x99s commitment to excellence is further reflected in the first-class customer service they provide internally to all employees in the team. These firm addresses and potentially escalates inquiries but also offer consistent benefits, support, and guidance throughout the various stages of an employee\xe2\x80\x99s journey. Fundamental to the firm\xe2\x80\x99s approach, it is important to develop an in-depth understanding of local governmental regulations and stay updated with any modifications to local laws related to benefits.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in human resources or other related to business fields. With a notable professional journey spanning at least 5-10 years, they must have dedicated a minimum of 2 years to a senior advisory/analyst level role and showed leadership principles. Out of these, at least 5 years should be concentrated on Benefits and Well-being. They should be an expert in leading conversations around benefits and well-being, showing a deep understanding of HR processes, policies, and practices is essential. The candidate must exhibit excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

This position is hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home.
