Primary Responsibilities
Function as a HR Manager to the Management on all HR Matters and oversee full spectrum of Human Resource management mainly in strategic planning, daily operation, manpower planning, organization capability development, talent management, compensation & benefits and performance management
Align to Strategic Corporate Initiatives, specifically in the domain of \xe2\x80\x9cPeople\xe2\x80\x9d identifying gap\'s, recommend plans and execute plans once agreed.
Identify and define the HR requirements (organisational - capabilities, people competencies, way of working) critical for the realisation for the business objectives and define actions to address them.
Formulate and execute initiatives in the development and management of talent and potential successors, so as to build a pipeline of leaders to succeed key positions.
Review and evaluate existing HR processes/ policies/ practices to ensure market competitiveness and legal compliances and proficient in HRMS & MS Office
Acts as company\'s representative to respective government agencies.
Prepares, research, maintain and keep abreast on the national average standards in terms of employees\' benefits, well-being and skills.
Use Business Excellence Framework Assessment (SQC) - \xe2\x80\x9cPeople Element\xe2\x80\x9d as a guide for a journey in HR strategy development and deployment and align and practice corporate Value Statement
Perform HR scenario planning based upon external developments such as labour markets, demographics.
Implement a yearly appraisal system and undertake regular salary reviews.
Establish a talent management program in line with the strategic objectives.
Update the employee handbook and document all HR policies and changes.
Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
Monitor the HR KPI\'s like Employee Satisfaction, Turnover rate, Training Hours, rate and compliance on quality standards.
Coordinates with training providers for external training.
Drive initiatives in culture building, staff engagement and organizational improvements.
Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.
Adheres company\'s guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality.
Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.
Promote and participate in company-wide or departmental programs such as API Compliance on HR requirements, Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing, Social Activities, Industry 4.0 & Digitalization
