Beverage Manager
to lead and elevate our bar operations. If you're creative, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily bar operations, staffing, and service quality
Design and update creative cocktail menus and beverage pairings
Manage inventory, supplier coordination, and cost controls
Lead and train bar staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and events
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of bar or beverage management experience
Strong mixology and product knowledge (spirits, wines, craft beers)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage budgets, stock, and suppliers
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
