Job Title BI Analytics Technical Lead Summary The BI Analytics Technical Lead\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include leading the engagement with senior stakeholders and technically directing the data mapping, data assessments and analysis, data governance support, POC dashboard development, user acceptance testing, reporting support, opportunity assessments, tabular model support, workplace trend analysis, benchmarking analysis, and general product support for client BI platform. This role will typically be assigned to and responsible for a single large strategic global C&W client, or across multiple/portfolio of medium sized regional C&W client accounts.About the Role:

• Design, build, implement, and support the client\xe2\x80\x99s BI platform and global data strategy initiatives.
• Act as BI/data platform solution architect and design thought leader in data model exercises and integration work, working in collaborative multi-vendor environments.
• Define, Design, Develop and oversee Delivery of functional and highly leveraged BI and analytics tools for C&W client\xe2\x80\x99s Real Estate program using C&W and client\xe2\x80\x99s BI infrastructure
• Support the establishment and operations of the data governance program on the account with support from the Analytics data governance lead
• Lead data assessment and data mapping exercises to support system integration projects

About You:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Engineering or Technology
• Minimum 13-15 years of experience in the domain (with 7+ years in commercial real estate): data architecture, infrastructure and technical design, business analytics or data visualization software, Tableau or Power BI, being part of a software product team or BI product team
