As a BI Developer/ Data Management Lead, you are responsible to lead the successful design and delivery of data solutions. The lead will identify business needs, specify technical requirements, define data strategies, and deploy data solutions. Adecco is partnering with an established company. They are looking for a BI Developer/ Data Management Lead to join their growing team. • Lead data platform development, Tableau data modelling, troubleshooting efforts of analytics projects and collaborating with cross functional teams comprised of end users, management, and vendors.
• Identify, assess and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of processes and objectives.
• Work closely with Data Architects / Data Engineers and Junior Data Analyst to ensure solutions are continually improved to synchronise with business processes.
• Work with cloud infrastructure, enterprise data integration tools, data warehouse, and business intelligence (Tableau) tools.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of experience working with major data related technologies, such as ETL tools, data warehouse, and Tableau.
• Strong understanding and leadership experience in projects relating to data preparation, staging, management, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of data structure classifications, workflow and processes.
