Ensure complex bids are compliant to corporate bid management framework
Manage bid risk
Review bid submission inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from vendors/suppliers, sales, legal, finance, technical and delivery teams
Review the completeness of the bid, ensuring all required components are included
Drive the bid review meeting
Ensure bid artefacts completeness in the central document repository
Arrange post bid reviews and reporting with internal stakeholders and management
Collate bid submission data for management reporting
Support internal audits
Provide inputs to improve and support bid and sales process
Manage top partner relationship, tiering, programs and reseller agreements
Requirements:
Familiar with tender/bid life cycle, ideally with some sales/channels experience
Experience in tender/bid management from opportunity identification through to project award
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Comfortable working with CEO/VP/Director Level, sales and presales engineers
Ideally familiar with the Cyber Security industry and System Integrator landscape
Sound commercial understanding, P&L and risk management skills
Ability to manage complex, multi-workstream opportunities
Solid understanding and implementation of internal governance procedures
