Bid Pricing Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Meet financial KPIs such as, win rate, win CV, revenue support, cases support and uplift product margin. Provide monthly report on bid status and progress Lead and coach a team of bid pricing managers Conduct price and cost benchmarks Engage Access Manager to derive competitive e2e pricing. Ensure all pricing proposals must be submitted on time. Adopt a zero tolerance for non-compliance of financial and regulary guidelines. Work with Bid Managers to ensure proposed pricing is in line with overall bid strategy. Support additional tasks & projects assigned by Bid Director. Conduct joint customer visits or conference calls with Sales. Support automation and digitial initiatives with objective to improve productivity and sharpen pricing benchmark.Requirements: A good diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Studies or Engineering 5 years working experience in Bid, Pricing or ICT industry Telecommunication experience will be an advantage Interest in AI or machine learning will be an advantage Negotiation skill Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment and to meet critical deadlines Able to work well both independently as a pricing professional and collaboratively as part of a team*We are committed to a safe and healthy environment for our employees & customers and will require all prospective employees to be fully vaccinated.
