Job Description

A critical role within the Placement Journey, the Billing Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate issuance of all invoices across our client portfolio in APAC. They provide an exemplary level of service in line with our Best Service Charter always ensuring the highest level of accuracy, issuing invoices Right First Time in line with Customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the billing portfolio across APAC
• Involve in overall Account Receivable management, especially determining and planning billing, revenue and cash flow forecast.
• Coordinate and work closely with the project team
• Sending monthly statement of accounts to clients to expedite collection on receivables past due invoices
• Provide support for project team including contract information, documentation filing and other ad hoc duties.
• Collaborate with Sales and the On-boarding Team to ensure any missing information impacting billing is resolved
• PO Management - track spend against Client PO’s and pro-actively communicate to Sales and the On-boarding Team when PO top ups are required
• Work with external and internal contacts in resolving accounting problems, providing financial information and assistance, and coordination accounting related activities
• Process credit notes and re-invoice upon request from the Credit Controller or Finance Operations Manager
• Process ‘ad-hoc’ re-charges upon request in relation to services such as mobilisation and visa
• Prepare weekly and monthly billing / invoice report / summary

• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Able to work under pressure, deliver results and observe deadline.
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Good understanding of contract clauses and review organization
• Good at communication and team-work
• Not a must but a good to have if you have done something similar to contract billing
