Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send out invoices before month end closing
  • Handle and sort out D/O's
  • Communicate with internal teams to investigate and resolve customer queries and invoicing issues
  • Support team members with other admin functions within the department
Requirements
  • Min 1 year experience in office administration or billing
  • PC literate
  • Well organized & able to multi-task
  • Accurate and meticulous
  • Able to resolve problems independently

  • Location: Gul Circle
  • Company transport from Pioneer/Choa Chu Kang MRT
  • 5.5 work day, alt Sat
  • Working hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, Sat 8am to 12pm (alt Sat)
  • 7 days annual leave, +1 every year, up to max 14 days annual leave
  • 14 days MC
