Customer Service Support: Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives via telephone, email, text, chat or through other social media platforms, to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges. Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory. Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms. May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems. Working at NTT Requirements

  • Implement billing operations to maximise effectiveness and accuracy
  • Audit integrity and accuracy of data entered the system
  • Monitor operation of the billing system
  • Contribute to the design of solutions to billing issues
  • Work with the system design team to implement new features
  • Recommend improvement for the billing operations processes and procedures and implement approved recommendations
  • Reconcile financial information, files and records to ensure the availability and accuracy of the information
  • Implement written policies and procedures that govern billing operations
  • Drive the implementation of new billing systems and/or integration of changes to existing billing system
  • Prepare financial and statistical reports
  • Validate billing transactions on the billing system
  • Investigate and analyse any collection matters raised by management
  • Supply monthly billing packs for relevant managers
  • Process new billing files and failed billing files
  • Provie technical support to billing department and operate all billing systems
  • Coordinate with various internal groups and resolve all current issues and documents all billing system enhancement requests
  • Work with management to ensure that billing accuracy objectives are achieved
  • Monitor and correct data incongruences that could directly impact the quality and billing operations processes
  • Ensure that system wide reconciliations and assurance checks are carried out accurately and timeously
  • Perform a variety of analytical functions including the review and management of large data sets to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with internal controls
  • Assist with continuous process improvement projects related to billing controls, quality and efficiency, and automation opportunities
  • Ensure all operational reconciliation and audit control processes are complete, managing any errors through to resolution
Requirements
  • NITEC, “N”, “O” Levels, ITE, Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience in similar billing or administrative support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Excel, Words
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel VBA or Python is an advantage
  • Meticulous in handling figures with good eye for details
  • Possess good inter-personal communication skills
  • Able to start work on short notice is preferred
