The candidate is required to perform User Acceptance testing (UAT) for Billing Corporate Services or Products. Candidate is required to understand the requirement and plan out the test scenarios and execute them in testing environment. They have to ensure the UAT is completed within the given schedule and document the test results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with stakeholders (including Product managers, marketing, engineering, IS) to finalize billing requirements.
• Prepare test plan for projects prior to start of testing. This includes defining the user acceptance criteria and designing the test cases.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Ensure UAT is done within schedule
• Record and report defects to IS
• Document testing results and update reference documents
• Monitor progress of testing and provide regular and timely feedback to managers.

• Ensure a smooth hand over of new system or changes to operations. Support concerns or problems raised by operations staff.
• Participate in initiatives to improve the efficiency of testing processes/procedure, particularly in the automation of testing process.

Education and Qualifications

Diploma holder in computer discipline.

Work Experience

At least 1 year working experience in UAT.
