Job Description
Job Responsibilites: * Work with BIM team for BIM 3D/4D/5D overall implementation plan according to company's goal. * Support & coordinate drawing/technical issue with projects. Create 3D model Job Responsibilites: Work with BIM team for BIM 3D/4D/5D overall implementation plan according to company's goal. Support & coordinate drawing/technical issue with projects. Create 3D model & prepare related drawing/documents as per schedule in good quality. Monitor submission schedule & resolve clash with project team. Provide technical support for tender. In charge of BIM drafter training. Assist technical manager in the administration of department. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Strong management experience in related BIM with strong technical knowledge and modelling skill (Main-con background is preferable). Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people and possess strong leadership quality and high initiative character. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCad/ Revit/Navisworks/Fuzor/Lumion etc. Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure and stress.
