Undertake BIM modeling and documentation work to the direction of BIM Team Leader
Ensure compliance with project Design Criteria/ Client Brief/ Approved Concept / BIM Execution Plan
Ensure compliance with relevant design standards and office standards;
Ensure compliance with program constraints and budget;
Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Procedure Manual
Ensure high quality of BIM modeling and documentation work and accuracy of designs
Assist BIM Team Leader in efficiency of BIM modeling and documentation drawing production of the Team
Assist BIM Team Leader in preparing Documents, Reports, Testing Big Data, Project Manuals / Standards, Contents, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must have Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of design experience, preferably in an engineering consultancy firm
Must be skilled in BIM Software, such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, AutoCAD
