Bim Engineer ($3000 $4500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and developing detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or Bentley MicroStation, etc.
- To update and maintain the BIM models and drawings to reflect any design changes, construction progress, or as-built conditions and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
- Keep the models and drawings up to date and ensure that the information remains accurate and reliable.
- Using Common Data Environment (CDE) to manage the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, client, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM).
- Generate shop drawings for preliminary, construction and as-built stages from BIM model.
- Produce completeness shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager and ensure drawings and ensure drawings submission schedule is achieved.
- Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings (CSD), Structural E&M Drawings (SEM), Concrete Body Plan (CBP) & Wall Setting Out Plan.
- Diploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
