About You:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 5+ years of local industry experience in BIM implementation
• Proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, and/or Bentley Open Suite software
• Detailed knowledge of Singapore and international BIM protocols and standards (including ISO19650 and BCA BIM submission requirements)
• Strong understanding of developing, supporting, and managing models as per project standards
• Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in an engineering-related discipline
• The following experience is preferred

• Experience with data management systems (e.g., Autodesk BIM360, Bentley ProjectWise, and Microsoft SharePoint)
• Experience in programming software/parametric tools (e.g., Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python)

We have an opportunity for a talented and highly motivated Building Information Modelling (BIM) manager cum coordinator to join our Singapore office, working closely with our multidisciplinary engineers and consultant teams and especially CAG jobs.

As a BIM Manager and coordinator, you will lead the coordination and be responsible for the implementation of project BIM execution plans, and digital workflows for collaboration and data exchange. You will need to be fluent in the development and coordination of 3D models using Autodesk and/or Bentley software applications in major infrastructure and building projects.

The Opportunity

• Production of models and drawings using Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, and/or Bentley Open Suite software
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans
• Set up, configure, and manage the project BIM platforms
• Support BIM implementation, authoring, and coordination in all phases of a project
• Lead model federation and design resolution activities, including assisting in model navigation and leading the team during model-based design review meetings
• Communicate complex technical concepts in 3D digital models
• Interpret design intent sketches provided by the project engineers
• Comply with company and project-specific modelling and drawing standards
• Guide and mentor, the Bim modelers and identify the training requirements.
• Able to lead and manage the pool of Bim Modelers
