Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and oversee the digital delivery process using IDD/BIM technologies.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless digital integration.
Support project teams in aligning with BCA's IDD and BIM frameworks.
Ensure digital documentation, data accuracy, and version control.
Prepare and submit reports, progress updates, and compliance documentation.
Provide input on digital transformation and technology adoption in projects.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience managing IDD or BIM implementation for built environment projects.
Knowledge of BCA's PSSCOC, BIM standards, and IDD platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, ACC).
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Strong understanding of digital transformation and IDD technologies.
Preferred:
Experience with BCA, or public sector projects.
BIM/IDD professional certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified, BCA BIM Manager Course).

Pay: $8,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
