1) Preparing & Developing BIM models for M&E services
2) Collaborate with other discipline to avoid clashes on the BIM modelling
3) Follow BIM coordinator instructions on resolving clashes
4) Make sure that the systems, layers, filters, & Revit Families and their required parameter are in proper order and followed as per BEP and project needs
5) Setting up sheets and print to PDF for project deliverables
6) Liaise with team leaders/Engineers and BIM Coordinators on the requirement of submission.
7) Proficiency in BIM software:
1)Autodesk Revit
2)Navisworks
3)AutoCAD
