• Expand the Building Management Systems (BMS) market in Singapore.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored BMS solutions using Tridium N4 framework to secure projects in Singapore.
• Lead the Singapore Sales Team, managing tender preparation and securing projects through competitive bids.
• Strong understanding of Niagara BMS and basic know-how of programming the BMS (Tridium N4).
• Oversee project lifecycle from bidding to project completion, ensuring smooth coordination with subcontractors.
• Provide support to Project Managers and Site Engineers, addressing client inquiries on completed projects.
• Address operational and technical inquiries from existing clients pertaining to past completed projects.

The Talent:

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering relevant to automation and project management.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Preference given to candidates with Tridium Niagara AX/N4 certification (framework).
• Familiarity with BACnet, LonWorks, and MODbus protocols preferred (knowledge of network protocols commonly used in building automation and control systems).
