Job Description


Position Summary As a Brand Ambassador, he/she is responsible of the development and optimization of the boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations and client service

  • To achieve the store Business Goals.
  • Monitor the boutique KPIs.
  • Optimizes boutique performance and profitability.
  • Responsible for managerial and operational aspects of the store.
  • Responsible for and oversees the setting up operational procedures, staff training, customer service & staff general welfare.
  • To develop and maintain efficient inventory management and integrity.
  • Leads the implementation and monitoring of the ROI for client relationship programs and actions.
  • To be an ambassador for the represented BRAND and portray at all times a professional and customer oriented image.
  • Builds direct contact with VIPs.
  • To be a role model to all staff in work performance, customer service and other relevant scope of duties.
Requirements
  • Possesses management and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinking with business acumen.
  • At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury/jewellery line.
