Adecco is partnering with a prestigious Swiss luxury brand known for innovation. They are seeking an experienced boutique retail host to join their dynamic team, renowned as an industry leader committed to excellence.Responsibilities:A. Customer Service
Manage boutique phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and efficient responses.
Screen and redirect calls, assign emails to the appropriate Sales Associates, and handle in-person customer interactions.
B. Customer Experience
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting customers.
Connect customers with retail staff based on scheduled appointments, manage arrival and departure procedures, and maintain the boutique\'s front area.
C. Administrative
Act as the key contact for client appointments.
Handle calendar updates, and meeting scheduling, and assist in roster planning.
Monitor and report daily boutique traffic data, ensuring accurate CRM data capture.
Track and manage the inventory of welcome materials, notifying relevant personnel of replenishment needs.
Requirements:
Min. 1 year of customer-facing / handling experience.
Strong communication skills in spoken English.
Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
Possess a passion/interest in luxury retail or fashion
Able to work on retail hours, rotating weekend and public holidays
Candidates with experience in airline, hospitality or luxury retail are an advantage
