Resolve various events based on urgency and customer expectations

Personnel Management:
Ensure personnel is performing within the expected standards of monitoring/surveillance
Identify personnel performance challenges
Work with personnel to improve/enhance their performance, skillset, and capability
Know and adhere to all current company policies, procedures and protocols and any others which the company may introduce or revise from time to time
Enforce compliance to company policies and procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested:
Performance reviews of operators and team leads
Incident investigations
Coaching of operators and team leads
Mitigation of misses
Project management
Floor support
Review of Daily Time Records
Qualifications:
Leadership skills to lead and manage team members' performance
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage specific projects in a detail-oriented manner
Self-motivated and committed to constant learning
Ability to analyze and define problems and resolve these in a timely manner
Good oral and written communication skills to support and train staff on technical matters, document policies, and procedures, liaise with clients, etc.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a broad range of internal and external parties
Strong organizational skills to set priorities and meet tight deadlines and competing demands.
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Highly detail-oriented to ensure that all work performed by staff is of the highest quality and meets all internal and external policy and procedural requirements
Can work during weekends, holidays, and in shifting schedules including the night shift.
Amenable to work onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
