• Performance management
• 1 on 1, team meeting, coaching
• Scheduling
• Scheduling tasks of the team
• Reporting
• Reporting on the performances of their team
• Address disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policy in coordination with HR
• Ensure a high overall customer satisfaction

SKILLS:

• Demonstrable experience providing a 7-star service
• Excellent Communication skills (English)
• Experience in building and rolling out efficient processes and programs, and in task automation
• Experience using Travel technologies including Amadeus
• Expert user of Zendesk or similar ticketing tool
• Great team leader and builder, coaching and mentoring skills
• Proven experience with disciplinary actions
• Track record leading, growing and developing a successful CS team

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per monthBenefits:

• San Pedro, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
